NPF Microfinance Bank Plc has reported a profit before tax of N3.20 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2026, representing an increase of 7.70% from N2.97 billion in the corresponding period of 2025.
According to the unaudited financial statements filed with the NGX on July 24, 2026, NPF Microfinance Bank’s profit after tax rose by 5.68% to N2.04 billion in H1 2026, from N1.93 billion in H1 2025.
Basic and diluted earnings per share also increased by 6.25% to 34 kobo, from 32 kobo in the corresponding period.
This is because the bank could not file its Audited Annual Account to the Exchange as stipulated by regulations.
This was because, we had a system glitch on our Core Banking Application (T24) during the financial year of 2023 and the External Auditors. are currently validating the data.
Yes. NPF Microfinance Bank Plc has been in constant communication with CBN on this issue as our primary regulator.
The Management is working round the clock with all parties (i.e External Auditors, Core Banking Application Vendor - Inlaks and CBN) to ensuring a speedy resolution of the issues. We strongly believe that the issues will be resolved as soon as possible and teh account will be filled as required.
